DATEV Challenge Roth – Camping Information

1. Check-in
- Check-in is handled by the camping team
- Please have your booking confirmation to hand
- The sticker must be displayed visibly on the outside of the windscreen
- If payment is required on site, this can be made at both campsites in cash or by card.
2. Pitch
- A pitch is approx. 9 m long and 6 m wide
- For organisational reasons, you cannot choose your own pitch
- Allocations are made by the campsite staff
- Marking out and reserving pitches is possible by arrangement (for groups)
3. Storms
- In the event of a thunderstorm, people in tents must move to their cars
- Pitches at the edge of the forest must be vacated (risk of falling trees or branches)
- You must follow the instructions of the campsite staff
- Any incidents or damage must be reported to the campsite staff
4. Chemical toilets
- Disposal must only take place in the marked DIXI toilets
- In each row of DIXI toilets, two are marked with a sticker
5. Grey water
- Greywater must be disposed of in containers at changeover zone 1 – the shower container
- Do not dispose of greywater in the DIXI toilets or on the camping area
6. Showers, washing facilities & drinking water
- In Transition Zone 1, you’ll find showers, washing facilities and drinking water.

7. Vehicles with permanently fitted tanks
- Emptying is possible at the Rothsee car park (Seezentrum)

8. Drinks & Refreshments
- Drinks can be purchased from the camping crew’s site hut
- You can find the price list on this website
- Toilet paper can also be requested from the camping crew’s site trailer

Our highlight on Friday: PIZZA! 🍕
On Friday from 5.00 pm, a pizza van will be parked under the canal bridge, selling pizza to the Challenge campers.
9. Important information
- Please keep the campsite clean and tidy
- Please use only the designated waste disposal points
- Help ensure the event runs smoothly for everyone
10. Fire safety
- Fire extinguishers are located near the DIXI toilets (see map)
- No barbecues
- No open fires
- Do not leave emergency generators unattended or operate them in tall grass
- The current forest fire risk level is 4 out of 5 (high risk)
- Do not dispose of cigarettes carelessly
